Financial Assistance

HealthNet’s mission is to improve lives with compassionate health care and support services, regardless of ability to pay. Services are provided on a sliding fee scale, and patients are charged only what they can afford.

We accept all Medicare, Medicaid, Hoosier Healthwise plans (including MDwise, Managed Health Services and Anthem) and most commercial insurance plans. We also welcome patients with no insurance. If you do not have insurance, you may be eligible for a sliding fee scale discount. A financial screener at the center nearest you would be happy to assist you.
