What We Treat

From urgent care, to behavioral health and chronic disease management, our providers can treat a variety of health concerns during a video visit. We can see you for things like:

  • Colds
  • Flu
  • Allergies
  • Skin issues
  • Sinus infections
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Therapy visits
  • Psychiatric care
  • Diabetes checks
  • ADHD follow-up visits
  • Some OB/GYN care

And many more! While we do everything we can to address your concerns on a Video Visit, sometimes your Provider may determine that some aspects of your care will require an in person visit.

What We Don’t Treat 

Some health concerns require seeing you in person and cannot be done over video. We cannot do video visits for things like:

  • New patient exams
  • Well child checks
  • Annual adult physicals
  • Depo-Provera visits
  • Dental care

How Do I Make An Appointment?

To make an appointment, please call (317) 957-2070. You can also request an appointment through your Patient Portal. 

You must be registered on our Patient Portal to access video visits. If you are not signed up for the Patient Portal, we can help you register before scheduling your appointment. Not all HealthNet Providers are currently able to perform Video Visits, but when you call you can find out if your Provider is one of them.  

Please note: Patients between the ages of 12 and 17 are not eligible for video visits due to limitations for use of the patient portal in that age group.
