Holiday Greetings From HealthNet President/CEO Rick Diaz:
It’s that time of year when we all take a moment to reflect and think about the holidays, and how really fortunate we are.
I think about the many priceless and intangible gifts I’ve been given over the years that have blessed my life. My family. My friends. My job. And even my goofy dogs!
One of the gifts I’m most grateful for is the team at HealthNet. Every time I visit a health center, program or department, I’m amazed by your passion and commitment, day in and day out, to take care of people hurting and in need.
We have the opportunity to do that in every role we have. We all have different skills and talents, but a shared goal of providing the best care possible for our patients and clients. And ultimately, how do we make our communities healthier places for people to live, work and play. How do we live out our mission, each day, to improve lives with compassionate health care and support services – regardless of ability to pay.
I want to personally say thank you to every one of you for your ongoing support. Enjoy spending time with your family and friends this holiday season. And, as you are able, take time to reach out to those who might be alone or have no family nearby.
2019 has been a great year for us, and we look forward to an even brighter year in 2020. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of thousands of families in Central Indiana.
Have a safe and joyful holiday.
Rick
